This Warranty and Returns Policy only applies to products sold by Reppa.

Returns and refunds


At Reppa your satisfaction is our priority, that’s why we are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible.

Non-Defective/Change of Mind Orders

We will gladly accept a return for a refund of most non-defective items/change of mind orders within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return products that meet each of the following criteria:

  • Have the original invoice attached
  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
  • Are not custom made or specifically ordered in

Orders beyond 30 days may be accepted for a return for a refund, but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If an item you receive is faulty, defective or not as described, please contact us directly and we will organise a refund or replacement.

Return Procedure


To complete your return, contact us with the details of your proposed return and refund and confirmation that you can meet the returns criteria set out above. Then simply send your item to the address specified over the phone.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. For non-defective items/change or mind orders, the cost of shipping will be borne by you.
